March Makers Market Sun Prairie is an indoor market featuring local vendors showcasing handcrafted goods, vintage finds, boutique items and lifestyle goods. There is no customer entry fee for our March indoor market at Heartland Church. A donation to Heartland Church's Night to Remember is requested by not required.

Facts About The Market
This is a juried show, set-up and display are very important. We will be visiting your social media sites to look through photos of your merchandising. If you have not sold at a show before or are just starting up please do not hesitate to apply. We love finding new talent! Not all applications will be accepted. (Absolutely no direct sales (MLM) businesses)
We accept vintage collectors, handmade artisan vendors, lifestyle good vendors, specialty boutiques, artists, and local food vendors. We are seeking unique, current, and interesting items that our customers will be excited to shop. We limit the amount of vendors in each category so that our vendors do great and our customers have a good variety to shop. You may have a few "new mass produced" items in your booth but the majority of merchandise for sale must be handcrafted, vintage, boutique items or locally made.
INSURANCE IS REQUIRED - Each vendor must obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space. COI must be received within 21 days of your application acceptance to secure your booth space. One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing homeowners or business insurance policy. Makers Market Sun Prairie/Heartland Church/City of Sun Prairie are not responsible for any damage and/or injury that takes place within your booth.
We have a variety of indoor booth spaces available. Booths come unfurnished. It is your responsibility to bring all tables and displays needed for your products. You may not use the venue walls for hanging displays/products. Absolutely no tape/thumb tacks/command hooks/application of any adhesive on the venue walls. You must fit yourself/any helpers within your booth footprint. We do not have the option for electricity.
Booth availability is on a juried basis, there is no guarantee specific booths will be available at a later date. For a variety of reasons we do not guarantee that any vendor who participates in a previous market will be automatically accepted into a future market.
Booth payment is required when submitting your application. Payments are processed only for accepted applications. If you are denied or put on our waitlist no payment is processed. COI must be submitted within 21 days of application acceptance to secure your booth. Payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the date of MMSP. A portion of booth fees are donated to Heartland Church.

Show Set Up and Breakdown
March 8th: 4pm-6pm
March 9th: 6am - 9am
All booths must be completely set up by 9:00 am.
Vendors may NOT start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the market at 3:00 pm.
Sales Tax Requirements
All vendors are responsible for charging and filing their own Wisconsin sales tax (5.5%) for sales during the market.
Absolutely NO PETS are allowed at Makers Market Sun Prairie Holiday.
